We also collect:

• Yarn and Fabric on a year round basis for volunteers who create blankets, hats, and other items for those in need.
• New Socks (child & adult) - during our annual "Sock it to Us" drive, we collect socks in October for organizations throughout the region with clients in need.
• New or Lightly-Read Children's Books - during the Martin Luther King Jr. Book Drive in January and February books are collected to improve literacy in area youth through the America Reads tutoring program.

RSVP of the Capital Region is an independent nonprofit organization and all donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
